Relic does the design online in one session, then builds it as one company: Relic designs it, Relic contracts it, Relic manages it, and the network builds it.

What Relic does

You enter a real street address. Relic builds a single dimensional model of a home for that lot and generates the plans, elevations, material quantities, a preliminary cost estimate, and a packet a builder can work from — in minutes, free. When you're ready, Relic contracts the project with you and manages the architect, engineers, builder, trades and suppliers who build it — one company, one contract, one project experience.

Every number is sourced

One dimensional model drives every drawing, quantity, and cost, so the documents never contradict each other. Each figure shows where it came from, the date it was retrieved, and how confident we are in it. Anything we have not verified is clearly labeled a concept rather than fact. Builders, lenders, and buyers can trust the design because they can check the work behind it.

Furnishing the home

A house is the largest purchase most people make, and the cost does not stop at the structure. Relic also sells what goes inside: furniture in walnut, leather, and metal; original artwork by X9; and satin-stainless architectural hardware. We can also refer a builder and help coordinate a professional review of the design.
