Luxury Residential
Sean Starnes
Construction Manager
Over the last decade, Sean has led the full lifecycle of complex residential projects, coordinating design, estimating, permitting, procurement, construction, and closeout — maintaining a strong focus on quality, schedule, and budget. His strength is seeing the project from the owner's perspective: anticipating issues early, holding architects, consultants, and contractors accountable, and ensuring the finished home reflects the level of craftsmanship and attention to detail that luxury residential construction demands.

Standards
Architectural concrete
Every Relic CM is evaluated on their ability to execute board-formed, polished, and exposed architectural concrete — the structural and aesthetic foundation of Relic homes.
Custom residential only
We work exclusively with managers whose primary experience is in custom and luxury residential construction — not production housing, not commercial.
Single point of accountability
The CM is the single point of contact between Relic, the client, and every subcontractor on site. That means direct ownership of schedule, quality, and cost.
